Policies

• We will send out your decal before the start of the semester so that you can affix it to your car before classes begin.
  
  
• Parking is on a first come first serve basis—but we do not oversell the parking lot (we sell one decal for every spot). In the event that not enough spaces are available when you want to park due to illegal parkers, please call the towing company (their number is listed on the sign).  They will come out immediately to remove the illegally parked cars.
  
  
• Decals are valid in the lot from 6:45am until 7:30pm, Monday-Friday only.
  
  
• Each decal is for one driver and one car. No substitute drivers or friends. Transferring decals from one car to another (or from one driver to another) will result in the suspension of all parking privileges, and the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.
  
  
• No large cars or large SUVs please. Not all SUVs qualify as large SUVs: if you have a car that you would like to pre-qualify for the lot, please email us the make and model here.
  
  
• PARKING SOLUTIONS will be monitoring and towing illegally parked cars in the lot for us. Be sure to affix the decal to the inside of the windshield of the car on the drivers side, in the bottom left-hand corner.


• Sorry, we do not offer refunds if you decide after purchasing a decal that you no longer need one.
